SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT - 예약
To make your reservation, please contact our spa reservations team who will help you make the right choice.
To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend you book in advance.
Contact us by phone, e-mail or in person between 10am and 9pm daily.
All spa bookings will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 취소 규정
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in advance. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost scheduled. Also please note that late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
예약 취소 및 변경이 필요하시면 사전에 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 당일취소시 스파 이용 요금 전체가 부과됩니다. 또한, 예약 시간보다 늦게 도착할 경우, 다른 고객의 편의를 위해 트리트먼트 시간이 단축될 수 있습니다.
